They were able to show up the same day that we found our mold issue, which is really important with the upcoming holidays since it prevented us from being able to install our new refrigerator. Great experience compared to the other franchises Ive used for the same purposes in the past, mainly to mitigate organic growth in a vehicle we were working on. We found mold damage behind our fridge one day. Our family didn't know what to do but we found SERVPRO and they came over right away! They used equipment to find every spot that had mold and clean it up safely.

Kitchen fire damage affected our entire home and we didn't even realize it until after the affected area was cleaned. The soot and smoke smell stuck around and we called SERVPRO of Downtown San Antonio to help with the smoke damage.
