After a devastating fire destroyed a homeowner’s shop, the radiant energy from the shop caused his log home to catch on fire as well. Luckily, firefighters were able to save the house. With one inch of char in some areas and alligatoring on the wood, it was determined that the only process for salvage would be dry ice blasting. SERVPRO of Downtown San Antonio/Team Friermuth carefully removed the charred wood to reveal the beautiful character hidden beneath.
